Letters from a Bomber Pilot
Hugh starred
as the title character in this 1986 program,
which combined documentary footage and interviews with dramatic
recreations of the wartime experiences of a pilot. It was based on
letters written by RAF Pilot Officer Bob Hodgson during World War II,
and was written and directed by David Hodgson, his younger brother.
